I&T Tech Co., Ltd.. ("INT"), in accordance with its basic commitment that contributes to create the safe and secure society, engages in business activities that develops, manufactures and sells the electronic security appliances, while endeavoring to earn the trust of all customers and meet the expectations of stakeholders,
INT protects personal data obtained from its stakeholders in the course of business activities appropriately in accordance with the following Basic Policy, recognizing that personal data is an important asset of each stakeholder and also an important asset for INT, leading to creation of new value.

3.Intended Use of Personal Data

(1)Intended use of personal data which INT receives and holds through direct documents ("DOCUMENTS") from the customers, including WEB site and e-mail.

4. Provision of Personal Data

INT does not disclose customers' personal data to third parties except in the following cases.

  • (1) When the customer has given a prior consent to the disclosure.
  • (2) When complying with laws and regulations.
  • (3) When disclosure is necessary for the protection of human life, human health or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
  • (4) When disclosure is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
  • (5) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national institution, local government, or a company, entrusted to carry out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the customer may interfere with the execution of said affairs.
  • (6) When INT consigns the handling of personal data to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
5. Entrustment of Personal information

In the operation of our business, INT may outsource a part of our business to provide better service to our customers.   INT may entrust personal information to such subcontractors.
In this case, INT will select a subcontractor that is deemed to handle personal information appropriately, and shall make arrangements for the appropriate management and confidentiality of personal information in contracts, etc., and implement appropriate management.

6. Procedures for Requests for Disclosure

INT complies with the following requests from customers concerning the customer's personal data held by INT :
1) Request for disclosure;
2) Request for notification of the intended purpose ;
3) Request for correction;
4) Request for addition;
5) Request for deletion; and
6) Request for cessation of use or cessation of disclosure to third parties.

Please send the request application to the following "INT Personal Data Consultation Office". In that case, INT will respond within a reasonable period of time after confirming the customer. For details of disclosure request, please contact the "INT Personal Information Complaints and Consultation Desk" below.

7.  The Voluntary Provision of Personal Data

Whether or not the customer provides INT with personal information is at the customer's discretion. If the customer does not provide the necessary information, INT may not be able to provide each service in an appropriate state.

8. Notice regarding Website of INT

(1) Use of Cookies
"Cookies" are small packets of information that Web servers transmit to customer's browsers for the effective operation of the Internet. INT may use cookies to customize or personalize Web sites in order to better meet your individual expectations or requirements, and to improve the contents of Web sites or the types of services provided. Browsers can be set to refuse cookies or to provide a warning whenever cookies are being received. However, computers that are set to refuse cookies will not be able to make use of useful functions, such as site personalization. Cookies do not infringe on your privacy and do not adversely affect your computer.


(2) Encryption of Transmission
In case INT receives personal data from customers, the website uses encryption technology such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and the personal data of customers is protected. It may not be possible to access the page from browsers that do not support SSL or other technologies. In addition, INT sets up a firewall to protect information within our Website. However, due to the nature of Internet communication, security is not guaranteed completely.

2Procedures for Requests for Disclosure

INT complies with the following requests "Requests for Disclosure" from customers concerning the customer's personal data held by INT :
1) Request for disclosure;
2) Request for notification of the intended purpose ;
3) Request for correction;
4) Request for addition;
5) Request for deletion; and
6) Request for cessation of use or cessation of disclosure to third parties.

Please refer to the following Procedures concerning Requests for Disclosure etc. by Documents for details of request procedures.INT will respond by the following procedures after receiving the document of Requests for Disclosure.

1. Postal address for Requests for Disclosure.

Please post Requests for Disclosure to the address shown below after attaching the necessary documents to the prescribed request form.
When posting the request form to INT, please use simplified registered mail, or another method enabling confirmation of delivery. Please write on the envelope, "Personal Data Request enclosed".

2. Documents to be submitted for Requests for Disclosure.

When making requests for disclosure, please complete all prescribed fields in the document of Requests for Disclosure, enclose the identity confirmation document (copy of drivers license or passport etc.), and post the documents to the postal address indicated in 1. above. INT will send the relevant Document of Requests for Disclosure to the customer.

3. Requests for Disclosure through Agent

When your agent is making a Request for Disclosure on your behalf, include the following documents in addition to (1) in 2. above.

(1)Documents certifying the Agent
In case of the agent entrusted by the customers for Request for Disclosure.

In case of the agent who is the legal representative of the minor

  • 2. Resident's Card (listed as a continuation)
  • 3. Other official documents that confirm the right of legal representation

(2)Agent identity confirmation document

A copy of one of the following documents:

  • 1. driver's license;
  • 2. passport;
  • 3. health insurance card;
  • 4. resident registry card; or
  • 5. individual number card (only the front with an ID photo)

Note: In addition, the domicile information shall be to the prefecture, and the information after that should be processed such as black coating.

4. Fee for Requests for Disclosure or Notification of Intended Use

INT charges a fee for Requests for Disclosure or notification of intended use.
Please include a postal money order in the amount of ¥800 with the documents for submission. The customer making the request bears the cost of purchasing the postal money order and of postage to INT.

Fee for each request: ¥800 (tax included)

5.Method of Responding to Requests for Disclosure

INT will respond in writing to the address written on the Requests for Disclosure Document form the customer submitted.

◇INT will handle personal data obtained in connection with Requests for Disclosure only for the purpose of complying with Requests for Disclosure.
◇In the cases indicated below, INT will not be able to comply with Requests for Disclosure of personal information. In cases where INT decides not to respond to inquiries as requested, INT will notify the customers making the request to that effect and give the reason. Even in cases where INT does not disclose the personal data or provide notification of intended use, INT will retain the prescribed fee.

  • 1. When the customer's identity cannot be confirmed, or when it cannot be confirmed that the agent has duly authorized power of attorney.
  • 2. When there is a deficiency in the prescribed documents for submission.
  • 3. When the information subject to the request does not come within the scope of "Intended Information for Disclosure".
  • 4. When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customer to whom the personal data refers or to a third party.
  • 5. When there is a risk of considerable obstruction to the appropriate operation of INT's business.
  • 6. When disclosure would constitute a violation of another law or regulation.

Note: In addition, the domicile information shall be to the prefecture, and the information after that should be processed such as black coating.

Note: "Intended Information for Disclosure" is personal information that constitutes a collection of systematically structured information and INT has the authority to respond to all of the requests requested by the customers, which includes;

1) Request for disclosure;
2) Request for notification of the intended purpose;
3) Request for correction;
4) Request for addition;
5) Request for deletion; and
6) Request for cessation of use or cessation of disclosure to third parties.
Provided however, if it falls under any of the following a) to d), it does not fall under "Intended Information for Disclosure".

  • a) When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customers to whom the personal data refers or to a third party by clarifying the existence of the personal information.
  • b) When there is a risk that may promote or induce illegal or unfair acts by clarifying the existence of the personal information.
  • c) When there is a risk that the national security may be harmed, the relationship of trust with other countries or international rganizations may be impaired, or there may be a disadvantage in negotiating with other countries or international organizations by clarifying the existence of the personal information.
  • d) When there is a risk that may interfere with crime prevention, suppression or investigation and other public safety and order maintenance by clarifying the existence of the personal information.
